星桥服务条款
一、条款适用
本条款适用于由广州寰宇星桥云科技有限公司提供的星桥留学办公平台网页端、客户小程序及相关服务。具体付费服务另有订单或补充约定的，以相应约定为准。
二、账户注册与安全
- 你应提交真实、准确、完整的注册信息，并在信息发生变化时及时更新。
- 你应妥善保管用户名、密码、邮箱验证码及登录设备，不得将账户转让、出租或提供给他人使用。
- 通过你的账户进行的操作原则上视为你的操作。如发现账户被盗用或存在安全风险，请及时联系我们。
三、服务内容
星桥为留学服务机构及从业者提供客户管理、留学档案、申请进度、材料管理、智能辅助工具以及客户小程序协同等功能。平台提供的是办公与协作工具，不对录取结果、签证结果或其他第三方决定作出保证。
四、使用规范
- 不得利用平台发布、存储或传播违法违规、侵权、虚假或损害他人合法权益的内容。
- 不得干扰平台正常运行，不得尝试绕过权限控制、获取他人数据或实施其他危害系统安全的行为。
- 上传学生或客户资料前，你应确保已取得必要授权，并仅在合法、正当、必要的范围内使用相关信息。
五、个人信息与数据
为完成账户注册、身份验证、服务提供、客户支持和安全保障，我们会处理你提交的账户资料、联系方式及使用服务过程中产生的必要数据。我们将采取合理的安全措施保护相关信息，并仅在提供服务、履行法定义务或取得相应授权的范围内使用。你可以通过本条款所列联系方式申请查询、更正或删除相关个人信息。
六、知识产权
星桥平台的界面设计、程序、标识、文档及其他依法受保护的内容，其相关权利归平台或合法权利人所有。未经授权，不得复制、修改、传播或用于本服务以外的商业用途。你依法拥有自行上传内容的相关权利。
七、服务调整与中断

三、服務內容
星橋為留學服務機構及相關從業人員提供客戶管理、留學檔案、申請進度、申請資料管理、智慧輔助工具及客戶小程式協作等功能。本平台屬工作與協作工具，不保證錄取結果、簽證結果或其他由第三方作成之決定。
四、使用規範
- 不得利用本平台發布、儲存或傳播違反法令、侵害權利、不實或損害他人合法權益之內容。
- 不得干擾平台正常運作、規避權限控管、取得他人資料，或從事其他危害系統安全之行為。
- 上傳學生或客戶資料前，您應確認已取得必要授權，並僅得於合法、正當且必要之範圍內使用相關資訊。

AstraLink Terms of Service
1. Scope
These Terms apply to the AstraLink Advisor Workspace, client mini program, and related services provided by Guangzhou Huanyu AstraLink Cloud Technology Co., Ltd. Where a paid service is governed by a separate order or supplemental agreement, that agreement will prevail for the relevant service.
2. Account Registration and Security
- You must provide true, accurate, and complete registration information and update it promptly when it changes.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your username, password, email verification codes, and login devices. You may not transfer, lease, or provide your account to another person.
- Actions performed through your account will generally be treated as actions taken by you. Contact us promptly if you discover unauthorized use or another security risk.
3. Services
AstraLink provides study abroad service organizations and professionals with tools for client management, student profiles, application tracking, document management, AI-assisted workflows, and collaboration through the client mini program. The platform is an office and collaboration tool and does not guarantee admission decisions, visa outcomes, or other decisions made by third parties.
4. Acceptable Use
- You may not use the platform to publish, store, or distribute unlawful, infringing, false, or otherwise harmful content.
- You may not disrupt the platform, bypass access controls, obtain another person's data without authorization, or engage in conduct that compromises system security.
- Before uploading student or client information, you must obtain all necessary authorization and use that information only to the lawful, proper, and necessary extent.
5. Personal Information and Data
To register accounts, verify identities, provide services, offer client support, and maintain security, we process the account details, contact information, and necessary service data you submit or generate while using the platform. We take reasonable measures to protect this information and use it only to provide services, meet legal obligations, or act with appropriate authorization. You may contact us using the details below to request access to, correction of, or deletion of relevant personal information.
6. Intellectual Property
Rights in the platform's interface design, software, marks, documentation, and other protected content belong to the platform or their lawful owners.
